Josef J. Huber
Mr. Josef Huber is an accomplished entrepreneur, real estate investment consultant and CEO.
During the past 40 years, Mr. Huber has headed several investment and property management companies, including a farm investment and management company with an aggregate area under management in excess of 300,000 acres in the U.S.
From the mid 1990s to the early 2000s, Mr. Huber was the CEO of all U.S. operations of a global agricultural business investment and management firm. In this position, Mr. Huber was directly involved in agricultural asset acquisitions and management in the U.S., South America, and Australia, and did consulting work for projects in Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Huber has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of international agricultural and commercial real estate and maintains a vast network of connections in these industries.
John W. (Bill) Mayton
Mr. Mayton is an established agricultural investment consultant, farm manager, entrepreneur and farmer with over 38 years of experience managing agricultural assets for clients and investors worldwide.
Over the past 38 years, Mr. Mayton has brokered and facilitated real estate transactions totaling over 520,000 acres of agricultural property.
Currently, Mr. Mayton is managing over 33,500 acres and farming approximately 6,000 acres in the vicinity of Greenville, Mississippi.
He has expert local knowledge of the Mississippi River Delta Region and is highly respected in the agricultural community for his expertise in agricultural asset operation and management.
Martin Mueller
Mr. Mueller is a consultant specialized in commercial and agricultural real estate investments. He has over thirty years of experience in U.S. and international real estate investments, including acquisition and disposition, property and farm management.
Currently, Mr. Mueller is involved as consultant in the management of over 38,750 acres in the Mississippi Delta Region for a number of international clients.
Mr. Mueller has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of international commercial and agricultural real estate, property and farm management, accounting, finance and business administration, corporate compliance and tax planning.
